More Booked Enrollments services
CRO
One controlled test a month on the page or form that loses the most tour requests.
Local SEO
Google Business Profile work, program and location pages, and citations.
CRO + local SEO
Both together, the main offer.
Managed Meta ads
8–12 static image ads a month, landing pages Gabe builds, one landing-page A/B test a month.
CRO can measure inquiry-to-tour and tour-to-enrollment rates with read access to the center's CRM or waitlist numbers, so a test is judged by tours and enrollments, not just form fills.
It never answers inquiries, gives tours, staffs the front desk, or runs enrollment.
Local SEO includes review guidance (how to ask parents, how to reply) kept inside the FTC's reviews and testimonials rule (16 CFR 465, in effect since October 21, 2024) and Google's policies; advertising rules vary by state, so confirm yours with your state licensing agency.
More Booked Enrollments pricing
Every price below is as of October 2026, and current prices are always on the pricing page.
| Service | Price | Minimum term |
|---|---|---|
| CRO | $2,500 a month | 6 months |
| Local SEO | $2,500 a month | 6 months |
| CRO + local SEO | $5,000 a month | 6 months |
| Managed Meta ads | $3,000 a month plus a $2,500 one-time setup, no bundle discount | 3 months |
Prices may drop, because child care budgets are thin.
For Meta ads, the center pays its ad spend directly to Meta, never marked up, never a percentage of it.
Cancellation, and who owns what
After the minimum term, every service continues month to month, and cancellation is an email with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee.
Ownership, from the first day:
- The Meta ad account, pixel and audiences sit in the center's own Business Manager, with More Booked Enrollments working inside it as a partner.
- Every landing page, ad, test result and report built during the engagement is the center's to keep when it ends.
Google requires third parties managing a Business Profile to notify the owner and get the owner's consent before submitting certain URLs, such as service menus (Google's guidelines, as of October 2026).
More Booked Enrollments recommends the center keep primary ownership of the profile and add the consultancy as a manager.
Who runs More Booked Enrollments?
More Booked Enrollments is Gabe Meierotto, and he does the work himself.
He was Director of CRO at LaserAway from 2018 to 2023, where sitewide conversion went from 3% to 11% across more than 2,600 tested variations.
Those numbers are his own from that job, not client results of this company, and every source is on the results page.
The longer story is on the about page.

Frequently asked questions
What is More Booked Enrollments?
A one-person consultancy that does conversion rate optimization (CRO), local SEO, and managed Meta ads, exclusively for US child care centers and preschools. It is run by Gabe Meierotto, former Director of CRO at LaserAway (2018 to 2023).
How much does More Booked Enrollments cost?
As of October 2026: CRO is $2,500 a month, local SEO is $2,500 a month, and both together are $5,000 a month, each on a 6-month minimum. Managed Meta ads are $3,000 a month plus a one-time $2,500 setup on a 3-month minimum, with ad spend paid directly to Meta, and current prices are on the pricing page.
How do I cancel More Booked Enrollments?
After the minimum term, email [email protected] with 30 days' notice. There is no cancellation fee.
Who owns the ad account and the pages More Booked Enrollments builds?
The center does. The Meta ad account, pixel and audiences sit in the center's own Business Manager, the website, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics stay in the center's name, and every landing page, ad, test result and report is the center's to keep.
What does the CRO service test?
One controlled test a month on the website and landing pages: tour request forms, online tour booking, tuition and program pages, trust signals, photos and click-to-call. With read access to your CRM or waitlist numbers, it can measure inquiry-to-tour and tour-to-enrollment rates, so a test is judged by tours booked and children enrolled.
Does More Booked Enrollments guarantee results?
No. Google states there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking, and no one can promise tours or enrollments, so each month is judged on the report instead.
