The best daycare SEO companies are the ones whose published services, prices, and contract terms hold up on a close read; this page compares thirteen on exactly that.
The best SEO for daycares ends in booked tours, not traffic reports; each company below was judged on what it publishes toward that end.
For the underlying work, start with our guide to daycare SEO; for needs wider than search, see best child care marketing companies.
How this list was built
Two rules did the selecting: a child care focus stated on the company's own site, and every fact read on that site in October 2026.
The order is fit, not quality, with no review scores and no paid placements, and companies that market child care as one industry among many are labelled multi-industry.
Vendor growth numbers are claims, and almost all are left out.
Daycare SEO companies that lead with child care
1. More Booked Enrollments (this site)
More Booked Enrollments is run by one person, Gabe Meierotto, selling local SEO, CRO, and managed Meta ads only to US child care centers and preschools.
Best for: a center that wants SEO judged by tour requests and enrolled children, with one controlled site test a month.
Its services and prices are on the fact sheet and the pricing page; Gabe's LaserAway record (sitewide conversion 3% to 11%, 2018 to 2023) is from his former role, not a child care result.
2. Childcare Marketing Services
Best for: a center that wants a child-care-only local SEO plan at a published month-to-month price.
Its FAQ says "We work exclusively with childcare businesses", citing VPK deadlines and Step Up For Students scholarships.
Its services page lists local SEO with Google Business Profile work, citations across Care.com, Winnie, Yelp, and county ELC directories, paid ads, and websites with the "Tour booking form above the fold".
Published pricing as of October 2026: Starter at $797/mo for local SEO, Growth at $1,497/mo adding paid ads management, websites at $2,500+ one-time, all month-to-month.
3. ChildcareDM
Best for: an owner who wants one named strategist and reporting in tour rate and enrollment rate.
Its homepage targets "childcare and early education operators", every engagement is led by Cory Gabel rather than an account manager, and reporting covers "Inquiries by source, cost per lead by channel, tour rate, enrollment rate".
Services span Meta and Google Ads, local SEO, website optimization, AI visibility, and multi-location, with a flat monthly fee, no percentage-of-spend pricing, and no long-term contracts after the first 90 days; the amount is not published.
4. Child Care Marketing Group
Best for: a center that wants SEO inside a full-service, child-care-only agency.
Its about page says "Every team member, template, ad strategy and CRM workflow is built specifically for early years and child care", and describes 40 specialists; No Joke Childcare is now part of Child Care Marketing Group.
Navigation lists SEO for daycares, local listings, website design, ads, CRM automation, and AI search optimization.
Pricing is not published, and its contract pages differ: "We don't do one-off projects" on the about page, "a one-off website build, brand refresh or campaign" in the same page's FAQ.
5. Grow Your Center
Best for: a center that wants SEO bundled with ads, website, virtual tours, and recruiting under one agreement.
Its terms describe "marketing and business growth services designed specifically for childcare centers and preschool businesses", with Kris Murray as co-founder.
Its services tabs cover website, Google Ads, SEO, social media, and email and text, and other pages add virtual tours and staff recruiting.
Pricing is not published, and its fulfillment policy (last updated September 10, 2025) says your total cost is "divided into 12 equal monthly installments", renews at the rate in your statement of work, and cancels "with 45 days written notice".
6. First Steps
Best for: a center that wants a boutique team with a capped roster and CRO built in.
Its homepage calls it "a boutique digital marketing agency for childcare centers and K-12 schools dedicated to driving student enrollment", founded by Jasmine, and it also lists ABA therapy, pediatric practices, and youth sports among the organizations it partners with.
Services span SEO and answer-engine optimization, paid campaigns "From Google to Meta", websites, email, and CRO aimed at parents who "inquire, tour, and enroll"; the roster cap appears as "15 partner schools per year" on one page and "no more than 15 organizations at a time" on another.
Pricing and contract terms are not published; its FAQ asks both questions, but the answers did not appear in our October 2026 check.
7. ChildCareClicks
Best for: centers that want month-to-month work with no setup fees.
Its homepage promises "exclusive, top-tier leads for daycares of all sizes" from a footer in Toronto, ON.
Services cover websites, SEO, Google and social ads, email, reviews, and listings.
Pricing is not published, but the FAQ promises "No setup fees at all" with a flat monthly rate, no long-term contracts, and a guarantee of "results in the first 30 days" or your money back, tested against Google's position below.
8. Montessori Marketing Strategies
Best for: Montessori schools that want a preschool SEO company that focuses on the niche.
The microsite belongs to WSI Connect, which says it "has helped many Montessori Schools with digital marketing", offering web design, SEO, PPC advertising, social media, email, and reputation management.
WSI is a digital-marketing franchise network rather than a child care franchisor, and pricing and contract terms are not published.
Multi-industry options that also do daycare SEO
All five document SEO or Google Business Profile work for child care, alongside other industries on the same site.
9. BCP Digital Marketing
Best for: multi-site groups that want published tier pricing and landing-page testing.
BCP also lists manufacturing, plumbing, senior living, and industrial clients; its child care page cites 25 years of local-business experience applied to "single-location daycares to multi-site groups" from Jacksonville, FL.
Services cover Google Business Profile management, ads, landing pages, A/B testing, call tracking, and Facebook and Instagram.
Management fees as of October 2026: Get Found "starting at $1,750 / month", Fill Seats at $2,500 adding a tour-request landing page with A/B testing, Get Ahead at $3,500/mo adding Facebook and Instagram; ad spend "is billed separately and paid directly to Google or Meta".
Contract terms are not published; its about page says "you will always own your assets".
10. Kidnection
Best for: a small budget that wants a website with on-page SEO attached.
Kidnection serves "both childcare centers and businesses across various industries", with Essentials at $250/mo plus a $1,000 setup for a templated website and on-page SEO, Growth at $750/mo adding a custom website and Facebook lead generation, and Premium at $1,500/mo adding Google Ads and TikTok management (published October 2026).
Whether the setup fee applies beyond Essentials, ad-spend handling, and contract terms are not stated.
11. Always Do Better LLC
Best for: the smallest budgets that want a site and SEO month to month.
This multi-industry shop publishes "from $249/mo, month-to-month" for a website, SEO, and AI lead capture, with a $597/mo plan adding "the monthly SEO content engine and lead attribution" and "full ownership of your site and leads".
12. theStacc
Best for: centers that want published content volume as a subscription.
This multi-industry SEO subscription publishes "from $749 fully managed, month to month" with "30+ pages a month, published for you" across SEO content, a website, and a Google listing; ownership terms are not published.
It also places itself first, with self-assigned scores, on its own roundup of daycare marketing agencies, and Google's guidance that helpful content has no preferred word count is worth weighing against a pages-per-month pitch.
13. 215 Marketing
Best for: a center that also wants CRM setup and tour-scheduling automation.
This multi-industry agency promises "Local SEO and Google Business Profile Optimization", CRM automation for inquiry follow-up and enrollment reminders, automated tour scheduling, and dashboards tracking tours and enrollments.
Pricing and contract terms are not published, and the testimonials on its child care page are from non-child-care clients.
Who is not on this list
The Child Care Success Company sells coaching and courses for child care owners rather than SEO services; the alternatives are covered on Kris Murray alternatives.
Childcare Business Growth documents paid-ads management, CRM setup, and staff training rather than SEO.
ParentSeek is a DIY membership, not an agency: 150+ tips and tutorials for $14.99 a month as of October 2026, no campaigns run for you.

How to compare any daycare SEO company
Prices narrow the field; these questions separate real local SEO work from noise.
- Which ranking factor will you move? Google bases local results mainly on relevance, distance, and prominence, and no company can change your distance from a searcher.
- What will you touch on my Google Business Profile? Google requires third parties managing a profile to notify the owner and get consent before submitting certain URLs.
- Who keeps ownership? A common recommendation is to keep primary ownership yourself and add the company as a manager.
- Can you buy the ranking? Google states there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking, so treat offers to buy position as a red flag.
- What will the report show, and what do I own when it ends? Tour requests and enrolled children beat impressions, and pages, content, profile, domain, and reports should be yours in writing.
Mapped out, the field looks like this (top right: child care focus plus a published price).

What about AI search optimization
Google's own context on the AI search services three companies here sell: normal SEO best practices apply to its AI Overviews and AI Mode, with "no additional requirements" and no special optimization needed (Google, as of October 2026).
To be cited in those answers, a page must be indexed and eligible to show in Search with a snippet, and indexing and serving are not guaranteed.
Guarantees, contracts, and ownership
The strongest signal in this market is what a company promises: Google states there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking and keeps its algorithm details confidential, so nobody can honestly promise your center a map-pack position (Google, as of October 2026).
Grow Your Center's services page says "Guaranteed Google Ads Results!" while its own fulfillment policy says "there is no implied guarantee of success": its pages differ.
ChildCareClicks' 30-day guarantee is that company's own claim, not a Google-backed one.
Read the guarantee and the cancellation policy together; why daycare SEO guarantees fall apart has the full argument.
What daycare SEO costs at these companies
The published spread, as of October 2026:
Childcare Marketing Services starts at $797/mo for local SEO; ChildcareDM publishes the model but not the amount; Grow Your Center, Child Care Marketing Group, First Steps, and ChildCareClicks publish no price.
Always Do Better starts at $249/mo, Kidnection at $250/mo plus a $1,000 setup, theStacc from $749/mo, and BCP's tiers run from $1,750/mo to $3,500/mo.
A price tells you what you pay, not what you get; judging the fee against what one enrolled family is worth is the subject of what daycare SEO costs.
Where More Booked Enrollments fits
The offer is local SEO plus CRO, judged by tour requests and tours booked, with one test a month; there are no child care clients yet, so the free audit is the proof offered.
Start with the free audit: where your center ranks today, what is broken, and what to fix first, no call required.
Frequently asked questions
How were the companies on this page picked?
Each one states a child care focus or a child care service on its own website, and every fact here was read on the company's own site in October 2026. No company paid to be included, and no review scores were used.
Why is More Booked Enrollments on a list it wrote?
Because hiding it would be worse: this is our comparison, and we are one of the options on it. We sell local SEO and CRO to centers, we are the wrong fit for Google Ads management, website builds, enrollment software, coaching or a full-service team, and every other company here was checked the same way.
Can a daycare SEO company guarantee a first page ranking?
No. Google states there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking and keeps its algorithm details confidential, so a promised position is a sales line. Judge a company on the work it does, not the position it promises.
What does daycare SEO cost at the companies on this list?
Among those that publish prices, monthly plans ran from $249 to $3,500 as of October 2026, and the child care specialist with the lowest published local SEO plan started at $797 a month. What the fee should buy is the subject of our daycare SEO cost guide.
Should I give an SEO company ownership of my Google Business Profile?
Keep primary ownership yourself and add the company as a manager instead. Google requires third parties managing a profile to notify the owner and get consent before submitting certain URLs, such as service menus.
Is AI search optimization worth paying extra for?
For Google, its documentation says normal SEO best practices apply to AI Overviews and AI Mode with no additional requirements. A separate AI package should explain exactly what it changes before you pay for it.
