The best daycare website design companies are the ones whose services, prices, and ownership terms hold up when you read them on the company's own site, and that is the only test this page applies.

The site earns the scrutiny: in a federal survey fielded in 2024 (OPRE report #2025-099), 60.2% of parents got child care information from providers themselves, a group that includes websites, ahead of commercial sites and apps at 40.2% and official government sites at 37.5%.

For what the pages should do, start with our guide to daycare website design and the patterns in what the best daycare websites share; this page is about who can build one and what to check before you hire.

How this list was built

A company made the list if its own site states a child care focus and documents a website design, website, or managed-website offer, and every fact here was read on that company's own site in October 2026.

Profiles are grouped with child care specialists first and multi-industry shops second: no ranked order, no review scores, no paid placements.

One FTC rule explains the disclosure above: 16 CFR 465.6, in effect since October 21, 2024, says a business may not misrepresent that a website it controls gives independent reviews or opinions about a category of businesses that includes its own, an express claim of independence is not cured by disclosing ownership, and this page states its interest up front instead.

Daycare website design companies focused on child care

All eight name child care as their focus on their own sites, and one of them is a software vendor rather than an agency.

Grow Your Center

Grow Your Center's terms describe "marketing and business growth services designed specifically for childcare centers and preschool businesses", with services tabs for website, Google Ads, SEO, social media, and email, plus 3D virtual tours.

No price is published; its fulfillment policy (last updated September 10, 2025) divides the total cost into "12 equal monthly installments", renews at the rate in your statement of work, and allows cancellation "with 45 days written notice".

Child Care Marketing Group

Its about page says every "team member, template, ad strategy and CRM workflow is built specifically for early years and child care", with 40 specialists and Website Design in the navigation beside SEO, Google & Meta Ads, and CRM automation.

Pricing is not published, and its about page differs from itself on contracts: "We don't do one-off projects" in the body, "a one-off website build" in the same page's FAQ.

ChildcareDM

ChildcareDM works with "childcare and early education operators", every engagement is led by Cory Gabel rather than an account manager, and its website pitch is that "if it's slow, confusing, or doesn't make it easy to schedule a tour, nothing else matters."

It charges a flat monthly fee with no percentage-of-spend pricing and no long-term contracts after the first 90 days, and does not publish the amount.

Childcare Marketing Services

Its FAQ says "We work exclusively with childcare businesses", and its services page sells a "Custom 6–8 page website" at "$2,500+ one-time", with the tour booking form above the fold named as the top conversion element.

Marketing plans run $797/mo for local SEO and Google Business Profile work and $1,497/mo for full service with paid ads management, all month to month, with websites "one-time investments with no ongoing contract required" (October 2026).

ChildCareClicks

ChildCareClicks promises "exclusive, top-tier leads for daycares of all sizes", with websites, SEO, Google and social ads, reviews, and listings among its services.

No price is published; the FAQ offers a flat monthly rate, "No setup fees at all", no long-term contracts, and "results in the first 30 days" or your money back.

First Steps

It calls itself "a boutique digital marketing agency for childcare centers and K-12 schools dedicated to driving student enrollment", with websites and landing pages, CRO aimed at parents who "inquire, tour, and enroll", and paid campaigns "From Google to Meta".

It caps the roster at 15; pricing and contract terms were not published when we checked in October 2026.

Montessori Marketing Strategies (by WSI Connect)

WSI Connect built this microsite to share what it calls experience helping Montessori schools, offering Montessori web design, social media, PPC, email, SEO, and reputation management, with WSI a digital-marketing franchise network rather than a child care franchisor.

Playground

Playground, a child care software vendor, says its websites are "fully designed, developed, and managed for you", with lead capture forms, tour booking CTAs, mobile-friendly design, and what it calls SEO-optimized content tailored to child care.

Tour scheduling sits directly on the site and updates are included, but pricing is not published and site ownership terms were not on its pages in October 2026.

Child care website design companies that also serve other industries

All three build for other industries on the same site, so ask how much child care work they actually deliver.

BCP Digital Marketing

BCP is a Jacksonville, FL agency also listing manufacturing, plumbing, senior living, and industrial work, applying 25 years of local-business experience to "single-location daycares to multi-site groups".

Published management fees (October 2026): Get Found starting at $1,750 a month, Fill Seats at $2,500 adding a dedicated tour request landing page with A/B testing and call tracking, and Get Ahead at $3,500 a month adding Facebook and Instagram, with ad spend "billed separately and paid directly to Google or Meta".

Contract terms are not published; its about page says "you will always own your assets".

Kidnection

Kidnection serves "both childcare centers and businesses across various industries": Essentials is a $1,000 setup plus $250/mo for a templated website with on-page SEO, Growth at $750/mo adds a custom 4 page website and Facebook lead generation, and Premium at $1,500/mo adds Google and TikTok ads management (October 2026).

Whether the setup fee applies beyond Essentials and the contract terms are not stated.

Always Do Better LLC

This multi-industry shop publishes "from $249/mo, month-to-month, with a free working demo in 48 hours and full ownership of your site and leads", and a $597/mo plan adds its monthly SEO content engine and lead attribution.

The trust content your build should make room for

Under the federal child care rules (45 CFR 98.33, as of October 2026), each state must post licensed providers' monitoring and inspection reports on a consumer website, in plain language or with a plain-language summary and at least three years of results where available, alongside a zip code search that separates licensed from license-exempt providers and shows a quality rating where one exists.

Parents reward checkable sources: in the federal 2024 survey (OPRE report #2025-099), 39.5% of parents said they "very much" trust official government websites for child care information, behind service providers they know at 48.3% and ahead of commercial child care sites at 28.5%.

So ask where the license number, the inspection report link, and the accreditation status will live; if NAEYC accreditation goes on the site, NAEYC's 2023 policy handbook requires that the status shown to the public be accurate and complete.

A new website, or more tours from the one you have

A new build is the honest answer when nobody on staff can update the site, when it fails on phones, or when the platform, hosting, or domain itself is the problem; work on the site you keep is the answer when the pages exist but tour requests are thin and you would rather measure first.

That second kind of work is what we sell: one controlled test a month on your existing website and landing pages, judged by tours booked and children enrolled, with read access to your CRM or waitlist numbers so a test is not graded on form fills alone, as framed in daycare website conversion.

We do not sell website builds or redesigns, Google Ads management, enrollment software, front-desk staffing, or coaching; services and current prices are on the pricing page.

Judge either path against what one enrolled family is worth over the years they stay, which is the argument in what a daycare website costs.

Before you sign any daycare web design company

Prices narrow the field; these checks separate a site that books tours from a brochure.

  • Who owns the site, the domain, and the content? BCP says "you will always own your assets" and Always Do Better says "full ownership of your site and leads"; Playground's pages state no site ownership terms.
  • What happens after the term ends? Grow Your Center renews at the rate in its statement of work with 45 days' notice to cancel, ChildcareDM drops long-term contracts after 90 days, and Childcare Marketing Services stays month to month.
  • How will the site be judged, and what tracking gets installed? Ask what the build will measure before signing, and know that Meta's rules prohibit sending children's data through the Meta Pixel, so no child names or ages in URLs or parameters (Meta, as of October 2026).
  • How are reviews and testimonials handled? The FTC says a business that puts testimonials on its own website is disseminating them and can be liable if they are fake or false, a Google review quoted on your homepage becomes a testimonial, and 16 CFR 465.7(b) bars implying a review section shows most or all reviews while it suppresses by rating or sentiment (FTC guidance, as of October 2026).
  • Whose children are in the photos? Photos of enrolled children go on the site only with written parent permission; your state licensing agency can confirm what your state adds.

Who is not on this list

The Child Care Success Company sells coaching and courses rather than website design (the coaching comparison lives on Kris Murray alternatives); Childcare Business Growth's done-for-you option includes a website among many services with no price published; theStacc is an SEO subscription from $749/mo that includes a website and ranks itself first on its own roundup; and ParentSeek is a $14.99 a month DIY membership.

Frequently asked questions

What do the companies on this list charge for a daycare website?

Among those that publish one, Childcare Marketing Services lists a custom 6 to 8 page website at $2,500+ one-time, and Kidnection's Essentials package is a $1,000 setup plus $250 a month for a templated site with on-page SEO, both as of October 2026 on their own sites. Grow Your Center, Child Care Marketing Group, ChildcareDM, ChildCareClicks, First Steps, Montessori Marketing Strategies, and Playground publish no website price.

Who owns the website when the engagement ends?

Ask in writing: BCP Digital Marketing says you will always own your assets, Always Do Better says full ownership of your site and leads, and Playground's site ownership terms were not on its pages in October 2026. Grow Your Center and Child Care Marketing Group publish no ownership terms either.

Do any of these companies guarantee enrollment results?

Grow Your Center's services page says 'Guaranteed Google Ads Results!' while its own fulfillment policy says there is 'no implied guarantee of success', and ChildCareClicks promises results in the first 30 days or your money back; both are that company's own claims. No company can promise you enrollments.

Should I rebuild my daycare website or improve the one I have?

Rebuild when the site cannot be updated, fails on phones, or the platform itself is the problem; improve when the pages exist but tour requests are thin, because conversion work on the current site is judged by booked tours either way. A free audit will tell you which situation you are in.

What should a designer never connect to an ad platform?

Meta's rules prohibit sending children's data through the Meta Pixel, so no child names or ages in URLs or parameters, such as a thank-you page carrying a child's date of birth (Meta, as of October 2026). Ask exactly what fires on a form submit before you approve the build.

What does a child care website design company need to know about the forms it builds?

If part of the new site is directed to children under 13 and collects personal information from them, the FTC's COPPA rule (16 CFR 312) adds duties like notice and verifiable parental consent, and the FTC's FAQ says a general-audience site is covered only with actual knowledge that a child under 13 is providing the information (as of October 2026); confirm how it applies to your site with a lawyer.
