The best preschool marketing companies are the ones whose claims, prices and terms hold up on a close read of their own websites; this page compares nine on exactly that.
It sits under our preschool marketing guide, for owners filling classrooms, not parents choosing a school.
How these preschool marketing agencies were picked
Every company here states a child care or preschool focus on its own site, and each entry documents preschool, Montessori or early learning work in the company's own words.
Services, prices and terms were read on each company's own pages in October 2026, quoted in the companies' own words, with disagreements noted.
No review scores and no paid placements; the order is by model, not quality, and self-reported numbers are labelled or left out.
Searching an early learning marketing agency lands on the same firms: several say "early years" or "early education" rather than preschool.
Companies without documented preschool work live on the wider lists: best child care marketing companies (sixteen) and best daycare SEO companies (search-only).

The preschool marketing company profiles
1. More Booked Enrollments (this site)
Best for: a preschool that wants its tour request form and program pages tested and improved, with local SEO and managed Meta ads alongside.
More Booked Enrollments is a one-person consultancy run by Gabe Meierotto, Director of CRO at LaserAway from 2018 to 2023, where sitewide conversion went from 3% → 11% and the testing program returned a 210x ROI.
That record is his, from med spa booking conversion rather than preschools; the decision shape transfers: research, book a visit, decide.
CRO is judged by inquiry-to-tour and tour-to-enrollment rates, with read access to your CRM or waitlist numbers; it never answers inquiries, gives tours or runs enrollment.
Terms: a 6-month minimum on CRO and local SEO, 3 months on ads, then month to month; your school keeps its ad account, website and Google Business Profile; prices are on the pricing page, plain facts on the fact sheet.
2. ChildcareDM
Best for: an owner who wants one named strategist and reporting in tour rate.
Its homepage says it works with "childcare and early education operators to build the strategy, systems, and accountability that actually move enrollment."
Every engagement is led by Cory Gabel: "You work directly with the strategist. Not an account manager."
Services span Google Ads, Meta campaigns "built for the enrollment funnel", local SEO, website optimization and multi-location, reporting on "Inquiries by source, cost per lead by channel, tour rate, enrollment rate."
Pricing is a published model, not an amount: a "flat monthly fee", "no percentage-of-spend pricing", "no long-term contracts after the first 90 days"; ownership terms and a founding year are not published.
3. Childcare Marketing Services
Best for: published month-to-month prices and a website built around tour booking.
Its FAQ says "We work exclusively with childcare businesses", citing "VPK deadlines" and "School Readiness programs", and works across the US from a Florida base.
Services cover websites with the "Tour booking form above the fold", Meta ads "reaching local parents by demographics", and citations "across Care.com, Winnie, Yelp, county ELC directories."
Published prices as of October 2026: Starter at $797/mo for local SEO, Growth at $1,497/mo for full service with paid ads management, websites from $2,500+ one-time.
Terms are month to month: "All plans are month-to-month", "No contracts", "Cancel anytime"; the site names no company or founder.
4. Grow Your Center
Best for: one child-care-only vendor covering website, Google Ads, SEO, social and email.
Its homepage says "Work with a team that is 100% dedicated to childcare" and names "Bruce W. Spurr & Kris Murray" as co-founders, and its terms describe "marketing and business growth services designed specifically for childcare centers and preschool businesses."
Service tabs list Website, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media and Email & Text Systems, plus virtual tours and recruiting on other pages.
Prices are not published; its fulfillment policy, last updated September 10, 2025, divides cost into "12 equal monthly installments", renews at your statement of work's rate, and takes "45 days written notice" to cancel.
Its pages differ on results promises: the services page says "Guaranteed Google Ads Results!" while the policy page says "there is no implied guarantee of success."
5. Child Care Marketing Group
Best for: a preschool group that wants a large full-service early years team.
Its domains now absorb No Joke Childcare and Local Child Care Marketing: both redirect to childcare.marketing.
Its about page says the group "was founded when two of the sector's most respected child care business support companies came together under Ben Rolfe and Michael Tasner (CEO)", and its FAQ says every "team member, template, ad strategy and CRM workflow is built specifically for early years and child care."
A team of "40 specialists" covers website design, SEO for daycares, Google and Meta ads, social, retargeting and CRM automation, for settings "From single-site settings with 30 places through to multi-site groups with 1,000+ places."
Prices are not published, its contract pages differ ("We don't do one-off projects" versus its FAQ's "one-off website build"), and ownership terms and a confirmed headquarters are not published.
6. Childcare Business Growth
Best for: structured training first, with done-for-you marketing available underneath.
It says it provides "marketing and business growth solutions to childcare centers, preschools, and early education providers worldwide."
The training track is a DIY kit with step-by-step videos, including how to set up a Facebook ad yourself; the done-for-you track covers a website, follow-up systems, copy, ongoing paid ads management, staff training, CRM setup and monthly strategy calls.
Prices are not published; its intake form asks current ad spend in bands up to "$5,000+ per month."
7. The Child Care Success Company
Best for: coaching and courses rather than a vendor running the work.
Its coaching program is "Designed Exclusively For Child Care Business Owners & Leaders", and its forms ask for "Total Licensed Capacity" with roles from "Single-site owner" to "Home child care provider."
Products include the Child Care Success Academy, Enrollment Boot Camp and Grow Your Summer Camp courses, a podcast, a book for $5.95 shipping and handling, and an annual summit.
Nothing on the pages read offers to run ads or build websites, so this is a coach, not an agency; the done-for-you shop with a familiar name is Grow Your Center, where Kris Murray is co-founder.
Coaching prices are not published, the Enrollment Boot Camp page showed several prices on one page when checked in October 2026 ("Regularly $497, for Only $247 Today!"), and its proof is self-reported coaching testimonials; alternatives are compared on Kris Murray alternatives.
8. 215 Marketing
Best for: CRM setup and automated tour scheduling over child-care-only specialization.
215 Marketing is a multi-industry agency whose child care page says it helps "childcare centers, preschools, and early childhood education providers stand out in local markets."
Its child care page lists local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, paid campaigns targeting parents (platforms not named), CRM automation for follow-up, automated tour scheduling, and dashboards tracking leads, tours and enrollment trends.
Pricing, contract and ownership terms are not published, and its child care testimonials come from non-child-care businesses.
9. Montessori Marketing Strategies by WSI Connect
Best for: a Montessori school that wants a niche-only microsite.
WSI Connect says it "has helped many Montessori Schools with digital marketing" and created the microsite to share that experience and help schools increase enrollment.
Services cover Montessori web design, social media, PPC advertising, email, SEO and reputation management.
WSI is a digital marketing franchise network rather than a child care franchisor, and pricing, contract and ownership terms are not published.
To market your school yourself instead, the Montessori school marketing guide has the playbook.
What a preschool marketing agency is really selling into
The reason preschool specialization matters is structural: part of your market is free.
In 2024-25, state-funded preschool enrolled nearly 1.8 million children, including 37% of 4-year-olds and 9% of 3-year-olds, and states spent nearly $14.4 billion on it, an average of $8,124 per child (NIEER's State of Preschool 2025 Yearbook).
California shows how fast that moves: since the 2025-26 school year, districts there must admit to transitional kindergarten every child who turns four by September 1 (Cal. Education Code §48000), though TK remains optional for families.
What counts as a preschool is defined state by state: Kansas licenses preschools separately for sessions of 3 hours or less (K.A.R. 28-4-420), while Texas exempts short-term care while parents are on site if it does not advertise as a child-care facility and says so (Tex. Hum. Res. Code §42.041(b)(3)).
A company that cannot discuss the pre-K and TK landscape in your state is selling you traffic your 4-year-old classrooms may not keep.
The playbook is on competing with public pre-K, the season timing on when is preschool enrollment.
Questions to ask before you sign any of them
Most have answers in writing on the companies' own sites, which is why to ask them.
- Where the preschool claim comes from. Ask for the company's own words about preschool or early learning work; naming real programs (VPK, TK) beats vague education talk.
- What cancelling takes. Published answers run from 45 days' written notice (Grow Your Center) to a 90-day start then no long-term contract (ChildcareDM) to plain month to month (Childcare Marketing Services).
- Who owns the assets. The ad account, website, domain, Google Business Profile, landing pages and reports should be yours in writing; several entries here are silent.
- What the fee excludes. Whether ad spend goes straight to Meta or Google, and whether installments or setup fees hide a longer commitment.
- Whether the sales page matches the policy page. Grow Your Center's services page says "Guaranteed Google Ads Results!" while its policy page says "no implied guarantee of success"; read both before believing either.
Where More Booked Enrollments fits in this list
More Booked Enrollments is one person doing CRO, local SEO and managed Meta ads for child care centers and preschools, judged by booked tours rather than form fills.
There are no child care clients yet, so the proof on offer is a free audit: where your tour requests leak, what to fix first, within 3 business days.
It is the wrong fit for Google Ads management, website builds, enrollment software, coaching, front-desk staffing or any guaranteed outcome.
Deeper looks at two names above: Grow Your Center alternatives and ChildcareDM alternatives.
Buy for the gap you have: a leaking tour form needs testing, an invisible map listing needs local SEO, and empty 3-year-old rooms need ads pointed at a page that converts.
Frequently asked questions
What does a preschool marketing company actually do?
On this page it means one of four models: coaching and courses that teach you to run the work, full-service agencies that run your website, ads and SEO, flat-fee specialists that run ads and local search, or a niche shop such as the Montessori-only microsite. None of them should answer your inquiries or give your tours; that work stays with your front desk.
How much do preschool marketing companies charge?
Among the companies on this page, published monthly plans ran from $797 to $1,497 at Childcare Marketing Services as of October 2026, websites there start at $2,500+ one-time, and the rest of the list publishes no agency plan prices. More Booked Enrollments' prices are on the pricing page.
What should a preschool marketing company know about my state?
At minimum, the free options families in your state already have: since the 2025-26 school year, California school districts must admit to transitional kindergarten every child who turns four by September 1, and licensing definitions differ too, as in Kansas, which licenses preschools separately for sessions of 3 hours or less. If a company cannot discuss your state's pre-K and TK landscape, its preschool specialization is thin.
Should a preschool hire a coach or a done-for-you marketing company?
Coaching and courses fit when the gap is your own systems and follow-through and you or a staffer will run the work; a done-for-you company fits when the gap is execution on the website, ads and listings themselves. The coaching options on this page are The Child Care Success Company and the training track at Childcare Business Growth.
Which of these companies work with Montessori schools?
Montessori Marketing Strategies, a microsite from WSI Connect, is the entry built only for Montessori schools; none of the other entries name Montessori work on the pages read, though their child care focus takes in preschool and early learning programs. The Montessori playbooks themselves are on our Montessori school marketing guide.
